Stress balls
I collected quite a few of these from various stalls of companies who promote themselves. These are called stress balls because they let you hold them in your hands and squeeze them etc. thereby giving you an outlet to expend your energy and helping release the rush of energy during stress. I love the concept, is your question answered :p?

How it Works
Stress is often accompanied by muscle tension. The tense feelings in the muscles only add to the mental effect that stress already has on a person. As you squeeze a stress ball, your hand muscles contract and relax. If you breathe deeply while squeezing one, you will begin to achieve something called progressive relaxation. This means that every time you squeeze and release the stress ball, you relieve a little more of the tension from all the muscles in your body. This happens progressively until you are at a more relaxed state. Squeezing the ball may also have additional helpful stress-relief effects such as giving your mind something else to focus on instead of whatever is causing the stress.

Whenever you make a fist, regardless of whether or not you have something in your hand, you create muscle tension. And when you release your grip, your muscles relax. This process of acute muscle tension and relaxation can flush out muscle tension and relieve stress. You can perform this stress management technique without a stress ball, by simply tensing and relaxing the muscles or your hands, or anywhere on the body that tension exists. But a stress ball gives you something to focus on and may aid in relieving stress.
