How I lost 4 KG in one month!


The graphs explains it all..Most of the concepts here were learnt from this book by Dr. Dean Ornish, titled "The Spectrum". This is a really useful book and has taught me about simple things that we all should know and has been far more effective than "dieting" as we know it. I did indulge in things, some of which is visible from the previous posts here, but overall kept a balance. And it really seems to be working. I feel like I lost weight without imposing anything drastic on myself. And really, the change has to be a lifestyle one and not a temporary one to have any lasting impact.

And having fried stuff and chocolate in the middle tooo??

How????

Which book? Can you write something like a diet plan (using Pakistani foods which you eat)? Because foreign books are mostly suggesting stuff that we can't get in markets here.
